Having FTP problems? Check your FTP program for these settings:
  • SERVER: Be sure you are using ftp.qsl.net for the server name (NOT qsl.net or www.qsl.net)
  • USERNAME: Be sure you enter your username as lowercase. i.e. w1aw not W1AW

Login into our new Self-Help System, and perform these functions:
  • Request a Password Reset.
  • Change the FTP Password to something you like better.
  • Change your Email Forwarding address.
  • Delete your Web Site.
  • Disable the EMail Forwarding service.

If you do not know your username and/or password, use the "Forgot your Password" feature on the Login page, and we will send you a password reset email.        procedure. To get a new website and email
       address with your new callsign, please do the
       following:
       1) Sign up for new service with your new callsign
          at https://www.qsl.net/signup.html
       2) When you are ready for your old website and
          e-mail forwarding cancelled, you can request
          them to be deleted here:
